Yesterday morning when I picked Shawn up from his house, he surprised me with a delicious juice! And it is so easy to make (while also being super healthy!)
All you need is…
Three kiwi fruit
Either some apples or fresh apple juice
Pour in your apple juice (or if you have a juicer you can make your own apple juice), skin the kiwi’s and orange and then slice them up into small chunks. Finally, place them all in the blender and blend until smooth!
The best part about this juice is it leaves a few chunky pieces of orange in there which I love. If you’re not a fan of the pulp then perhaps use pulp free orange juice.
So there you have it. Cheap, easy, healthy and perfect for those mornings where you don’t have enough time to make a big glamorous brekky.
